Drop negotiation into any storefront.

Northwind Audio’s product page is unchanged — except one script tag adds an agent-to-agent checkout path. The shopper’s personal AI negotiates inside the merchant’s published policy; PayPal settles the agreed amount.

What just happened?

agent flow

1
The shopper clicks “Negotiate with AI”.
The widget opens /negotiate.html?merchant=m1&product=p1 in a new tab. No storefront replatform, no checkout rewrite.
2
Two agents negotiate in the open.
ProcureBot proposes; the Northwind Seller Agent counters inside the merchant’s published policy. The model writes the words — the server fixes every number, and the private sell floor never leaves the server.
3
A signed contract locks the price.
Both agents sign a contract hash with fixed terms before any money moves. The storefront still checks out through PayPal at the agreed amount.
4
Protection travels with the order.
If delivery fails, the buyer agent files a claim and the merchant reserve refunds instantly — no chargeback queue.

Open the negotiation

The widget is self-contained. One script injects scoped CSS and a link — no SDK, no iframe, no external assets, no catalog or floor data in the page.
